Found an SS, while roaming around car dealerships, late on a foggy night, with iphone filters, like you do.
Kinda surprised it was in the used section. Such a shame these aren't more common.

If enthusiasts don't start buying these, they'll go the way of the Viper - they'll slow down production or just quit.

Unfortunately I don't see production lasting all that much longer, especially with the price and niche following (this one was $46,000 with 15,000 miles under its belt).
Such a shame, it's a really solid car.

I have seen twice as many k900's than I've seen of SS's. I've seen two k900's roaming around Portland, but only one SS so far. I'm surprised the SS doesn't sell it's in the same market as the Charger and I see tons of them around. I guess it's because Chevy just didn't bother to market the SS at all, and I doubt many people even know what it is let alone that it exists.

Cousin of mine is a GM big shot - maybe I can say something ... and GM has to price it right and sell it to the public. The reason I bought an SHO in 1997 was because Ford advertised the car and I learned about it. Best car I've ever owned.

The only reason it's even here is GM's agreement with Holden to export a certain number of vehicles to the US. So odds are, it'll stay in production until Holden shuts it's doors.
